wow - there is a person on the other end.... - sometimes its tough to tell, I'm not a huge internet shopping person but do like to compare with some of the local big boxes - you folks saved me a ton of money, I didn't have to drive anywhere and your claim of fast shipping was well substantiated.  Share as you deem appropraite - and I'll be putting in my system..... ironically it'll likely be raining....

OK!  The timer now works, Scott, and I even learned how to set the timer (which had been wrong ever since I moved in here) You're great and thanks a million for making me take a closer look at the controls.  I understand how it operates now.

Not so much an inquiry but a big 'THANK YOU' for having the parts to my Hardie sprinkler valve. It took me all of 30 minutes to rebuild the valve (that some numbskull built under a sidewalk) and get my sprinkler system up and running again. I know I bugged you about the parts, so thanks for putting up with me, and thanks again for the service!
