wow - there is a person on the other end.... - sometimes its tough to tell, I'm not a huge internet shopping person but do like to compare with some of the local big boxes - you folks saved me a ton of money, I didn't have to drive anywhere and your claim of fast shipping was well substantiated. Not so much an inquiry but a big 'THANK YOU' for having the parts to my Hardie sprinkler valve. It took me all of 30 minutes to rebuild the valve (that some numbskull built under a sidewalk) and get my sprinkler system up and running again. I know I bugged you about the parts, so thanks for putting up with me, and thanks again for the service!

I just wanted you to know that I appreciate the excellent service that you provide. I was so pleased to find your site. I was tired of paying for complete sprinkler kits when what I really wanted was spare parts. The kits I use are not high tech, but they are very effective. My flower beds have survived the Texas draught much better than my neighbors who have in ground sprinkler systems. Occasionally I want to reconfigure the layout or add more sprinkler heads. That’s where the spare parts come in. I’ve been so pleased with your service that I’ve put in a supply of spare parts so that I can make immediate repairs, when needed, and replenish my spares.I hope your business continues to thrive.

Because Logistics is my business, I understand what drives up shipping costs. One major part is how you package the shipments – not just making sure that nothing is damaged (which is extremely important) but also what size box to use which determines the cost of the shipment. In general I hate paying for shipping because the shipping cost has nothing to do with the cost of what you’re buying (the normal basis for determining shipping cost for online orders). The fact that you let the customer know what the shipping will be depending on the carrier (UPS or USPS) is huge!!! I look at it and know exactly what is driving the cost. I applaud you for doing this. More companies should follow your example.
