International Customers

               International Customers are Responsible For All Fees Including but Not Limited To Duty and Taxes Required By Your Country.                             

          Order Changes

             We charge a $20.00 handling fee to change your order.

          This requires pulling your order repacking & reducing

          or adding to the size box.

          Creating a new invoice and processing your credit card once again.

          We can not change an order once your order is boxed

          with a Shipping label placed and ready to ship.

          Please remember WE SHIP FAST!

          Incorrect Shipping Address

        If, you enter an incorrect delivery address.

        UPS will charge a Fee to find your correct address.

        We will charge your credit card a $10.00 fee.

        This fee covers the Carriers charge to us and the cost of

        processing your credit card. 

             Shipping Cost For Returned products.

• Wheather you ordered the incorrect product or have a warranty issue. We Do Not Pay Return Shipping Cost.
• We warranty the product only for the manufacture. As the manufacture nor us will NOT Pay, S&H Cost.

• If, You return a product that drops your order below our free S&H offer we will Charge the full S&H on the entire order before we issuse a credit to your card.

• Please do not ask for an exception as this is our company policy and is standard with online sales.

  • Within 30 days, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, or you ordered the wrong item, you may return the item for a full credit on the purchase price or exchange the product (minus all shipping and handling charges).

  • If, Your Order Was a Free Shipping Offer Order.
  • Whether The Return is The Complete Order or A Partial Amount of The Order. We Will issue a full credit on the purchase price or exchange the product. (Minus our Intial Shipping and Handling Charges and additional Shipping and Handling Charges back to you if, required.) We do not pay for Shipping and Handling Charges.

  • Electronic Controllers & Sensors may be exchanged with-in 30 days (minus shipping and handling charges) for the same item if defective. Even if used but, must include the manual and the unused warranty card. 
  • This Return Policy other than Controllers & Sensors is for Unused Items Only!

  • If the product shows signs of use that include scratches, blimishes, dirt or debris. These items will NOT qualify and NO refund will be issued, NO Exceptions. Please check and make sure. Do Not Return If This Applies!

  • Include a copy of your sales receipt and return form. In The Box. This is Required!

• If, You Received a Product That Was Damaged or A Product Lost During Shipment. Give Us A Call Promptly. We Will Give You The UPS or Fed X Claims Phone Number To Get The Claim Moving Quickly. You Will Need To call UPS or Fed X Claims! All Our Shipments Are Insured. Please Keep All The Box And Packaging Material. UPS or Fed X Sometimes Will Want To Look At It. Please Understand This Does Not Happen Often But, When It Does UPS or Fed X Requires The Box And Packaging Material. We Appologize If, This Does Happen. Be Assured You Will Be Taken Care Of. We Will Be There For You To Help And Assist You!
• Please understand, You have to call UPS or Fed X. Because, they will need to know about the damage and may need to set up a time with you to see the product and box.

• WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS REQUIRE YOU CALLING US FOR AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All items returned for warranty requires All of the above Information Plus a note telling us what the problem is. The item will be inspected for the problem by us and or the manufacture. We will exchange the Product For The Same Product or Exchange or Refund Your Card, if we find the same problem with the item as long as the item has not been tampered with.
